Mohit Chhabra

Mohit is the Founder and Principal at KNOLedge Corporate Services, with 22 years of diverse corporate experience. As the Principal, he drives the overall direction and operations of the firm.

​He has delivered training programs for managers and the leadership teams at organisations like Airtel, Oracle, Hero Motocorp, Honda Motorcycles & Scooters, LTI, Indus Towers, Cisco, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Baxter, Vistara Karl Storz, Credit Suisse, Genesis BM, L&T, Baxter, Ericsson, Eli Lilly, Pernod-Ricard, Mashreq Bank IndiGo and Aditya Birla Group among others. He regularly coaches senior executives including CEOs around their presentations and public speaking engagements, helping them develop their messages and delivery techniques.

​Before founding KNOLedge, he was the CMO, leading the global marketing of Petro IT Limited (a part of the Chimes Group), a specialised B2B IT products and services company providing end-to-end solutions to asset owners in the Oil & Gas industry. As CMO, he helped the company expand its operations in the Gulf and set up various best practises for the company’s operations in Indonesia. In his previous role within the Chimes Group, he was leading Skillment Edu as its Business Head, leading a team of professionals to work with government and large corporates to develop and deliver training and coaching services to corporates and academic institutions.

​An avid reader, Mohit has been the Curator of TEDxKnowledgeCity (2011 & 2012 editions). He has also mentored the organising teams of TEDxBanyanTreeSchool and TEDxFORESchool.

​A Masters in Management, he has been actively associated with training and development for over 17 years and is a regular speaker at Ambedkar University, Delhi; Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater NOIDA; IMT, Ghaziabad; IMI, New Delhi; FORE School, New Delhi; OP Jindal University, among other institutes in India.

Rahul Bakshi

Rahul leads the training delivery at KNOLedge and brings along 20 years of diverse corporate experience that ranges from sales & distribution management to core L&D functions like conducting TNIs, designing content and facilitating class-room workshops to developing training effectiveness measurement tools across domains like Manufacturing, Automobiles, Telecom, BFSI, Consumer Goods, Hospitality and Real Estate, amongst others. Being a certified SPIN Selling coach, he has been instrumental in driving the key deliverables both by way of presentation and communication skills, culture-enablement, leadership and team-building workshops for the middle and senior management as well as sales engagement and skills trainings for the frontline personnel.

​He has conducted experiential, life skills and behavioral skills workshops (encompassing goal setting, planning & delegation, effective feedback skills, time management, stress management, decision-making, conflict resolution and work-life balance etc.) for the middle and senior management of corporates viz. M&M, OYO rooms, IndiGo, Hero Motocorp, Max Life Insurance, Religare Finvest, Conscient, Technip FMC, QuEST Global, Sidel, MCube, and Reliance Infocomm, amongst others.

​A masters in management, he holds ISTD’s Diploma in Training & Development and an NLP Master Practitioner Certificate from Kain Ramsay, Achology. He is a Licentiate member of the Insurance Institute of India.

​Rahul is a keen reader and counts Yuval Noah Harari and Malcolm Gladwell amongst his favorite authors. He has taken to listening podcasts recently and is an avid music lover. He is associated with several music clubs across the NCR of Delhi.

Manas Sareen

Manas leads the business acquisition vertical at KNOLedge. He has an experience of driving sales and marketing initiatives for organizations across various industries. In his 17 years of working, he has been a part of BFSI, retail and live entertainment industries.

While being associated with various organizations he has undertaken experiential marketing campaigns culminating in sales and revenue. He has had an experience in leading teams with a mandate to drive revenue sales across various industries.

A master’s in management, he has been working closely with clients in FMCD, FMCG, retail, automobiles as well as HR fraternity and has interacted with the complete management chain right from CEOs to the field sales personnel.  This has helped him in developing a broad perspective which empowers in offering a suitable solution at each stage of value chain.
