Leadership Bootcamp
The journey from Managers to Leaders

Before you are a leader success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader success is all about growing others.
Jack Welch Former CEO, GE

This workshop is a phased journey to transition managers to think and behave like leaders journey for first time managers. The program is based on the principle that true leadership is achieved by starting with the self. And thereby extending it to the other dimensions of dealing with stakeholders – team and clients.

Excellence is achieved when we deliver results that are way above the ordinary in more than one discipline of work. Leadership excellence is no different. From being an able communicator to being a problem solver to begin an adept negotiator. Another dimension of leadership excellence is whether a manager has nourished and cultivated an encouraging and affirmative relationship with the team.

This experiential journey takes the participants through a variety of learning methods and helps them apply in the work-life immediately the learnings they take away from the workshop.
